The online Low-E coating is applied on substrate of clear float glass in the tin bath by a pyrolytic process called online CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) method .The online hard coating has stable chemical and mechanical performance with high light transmission,high durability and easy processing.

On-line Low-E Glass is a type of coated glass that features high reflectivity medium and far infrared.Its emissivity reduce to E=0.17,while that of ordinary clear glass is E=0.84.It is an efficient energy saving building material because of its high performance in heat insulation.
